Bidding

As of 1 September 2003, in order to bid at a residential or rural property auction in new South Wales you are required to give the selling agent your name and address and who proof of identity. Your details are then recorded by the agent in the Bidders Record and at the auction you will be given a bidder's number which will entitle you to bid.
