He is an experienced entrepreneur and dynamic leader who has a clear vision that he and his team are dedicated to achieving. He established the business in 1996 after an successful property career with Colliers Jardine and Jones Lang Wootton (now known as Jones Lang LaSalle) where in Indonesia he attained the positions of National Director and Regional Head of Residential Agency for Jones Lang Wootton Asia. Returning to Sydney, Andrew leveraged his diverse property knowledge to create his own business where he is responsible for Carrington's overall management. Experienced in sales and acquisitions, private equity funds management, property management, project marketing and business development in retail, residential and commercial property, Andrew focuses his attention today on new opportunities, investor relations and finance. Today, with 24 years Australian and Asian property experience behind him, Andrew continues to challenge himself and his team in setting new benchmarks in all areas of Carrington's integrated property business. Peter Navratil Director Peter founded Carrington with business partner Andrew Finlayson in 1996, based on more than 23 years experience in the construction, design and property industries in Australia and internationally. He has been involved in projects as diverse as shopping centres, television studios and commercial as well as residential developments. Peter created the Project Management and Design Consultancy Division for Jones Lang Wootton (now known as Jones Lang LaSalle). Motivated by the ethos of developing properties that are of a high quality and superior design, he oversees all aspects of the development process, from the initial feasibility stage to design, construction and dispute resolution. Peter’s diverse expertise has evolved into a sense for the bigger picture – how to develop property that will endure in terms of design, structure and materials. Peter’s philosophy has very much become part of the Carrington culture, where a sound reputation is being built on quality, niche developments.
